Terms and Conditions Applicable to All Transactions:
*Our rates do not include gratuity, tips are greatly appreciated. If you are satisfied with our services and performance you may tip each artist directly or for your convenience a 15% gratuity can be added to all services.
*Retainer Policy
Retainers are required to hold the date for on location services is 50% due by credit card over the phone or prepayment. By providing your credit card information over the phone, you are agreeing to the total & acknowledging receipt of your invoice. You can pay the full amount in advance to secure your date, and any additional services incurred that day will be due before the artist leaves.
Retainers are non-refundable. If you do not recieve a preview and cancel your date; your retainer will not be refunded.
*Cancellation Policy
Prior to your Wedding Day we will accept a cancellation with written notice sent via certified mail must be received no less than 60 days prior to scheduled event for full refund less 20 % non-refundable deposit. Cancellation with written notice via certified mail received within 59 days of scheduled event will result in no refund of deposit and full balance will be due payable immediately.
* Early Morning Fee
An early morning fee may apply if starting time is before 8:00 a.m. The early morning fee will start at $100 / hour and will be billed to you on your invoice.
*Professional Overtime Fee
Timeliness and professionalism is our commitment to you. We understand that sometimes programs do not run on schedule, and will give you a courtesy 30 minute waiting period. However, if the Artist needs to wait longer than 30 minutes, a $100/hour Professional Overtime Fee will be in effect and will be billed to you on your invoice.
*Out Of Area Fee
We are very timely and work according to the timeline you provide to us. We will be ready to go at the time specified and will get you ready by the time you specify in the Contract of Services. The nature of our business is "On Location", and our Artists will be travelling to you via the great 5/405 Freeways which always requires a 1 Hour time cushion per commute to Los Angeles, The Valley, Inland Empire, and San Diego on top of the regular commute time. Out of Area Travel usually takes approximately 3 1/2 hours of travel time will go into getting to your event. The $150 Out of Area fee is to compensate the driving time/artists time for getting to your event on time. The Mileage is simply to compensate the artist for Distance and Gas.
*Hourly Touch Up Rates
Artist will gladly stay and touch up at the rate of $100/hour and will be billed to you on your invoice.
*Travel Fees
Every booking has a FREE Courtesy Credit of 20 Miles from Origin of Irvine, 92620 There will be a mileage charge starting at .75 cents per mile outside of the 20 mile courtesy area (Travel Starting Point is: Irvine, CA 92620). Airfare and expenses are also an extra charge.
*Valet Parking
Valet parking will be based on the rate given by the hotel and charged directly to the bride's room or will be added to your bill.
*Rescheduling Policy
All appointments that are rescheduled with less than seven days notice are subject to a $50 scheduling fee. * Other Fees-some are on a case- by -case basis
*Gift Certificates are available
*Payment Plans are available (balance due in FULL 2 weeks prior to event)
* Refund of Deposit Policy:
If services are canceled by the hiring party at least 60 days before the event date the deposit
less 20% will be returned. No refunds are made if cancellation is made less than 60 days before the event date. Request must be done in writing. Requested deposits will be returned within 10 business days.
Important Information
1. A deposit and a signed agreement are required to reserve the date. Couture Beauty will email or fax agreement to you.
2. Deposit of at least 50% of the total event date services (not including the trial)is required.
3. Couture Beauty works for you on a prepayment basis. Your package / services must be paid for in FULL before 14 days of your event. Balance due in FULL 2 weeks prior to event date.
4.Checks, money orders, cashier checks, credit card or cash is the acceptable form of payment.
5. Credit cards are welcomed and can be put as a backup on your account to bill you for additional services rendered.
6. Payment for trials is due on the date of the trial unless you book a package – packages are prepayment only.
Terms as Stated on Bottom of All Contract of Services:
DEPOSITS – A non-refundable deposit of 50% required to hold event date is required upon return of signed “Contract of Services”. An additional $25 deposit is required for each additional party members needing service. Your deposit will apply to the total balance due. WE WILL NOT HOLD YOUR EVENT WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. Returned checks will be charged an additional $45 fee and your date will not be held until payment is received in full.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY – Total final payment is due 7 days prior to your event date and is NON-REFUNDABLE. If within the 7 day period leading up to the even date anyone in the contracted party has to cancel, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED. If your final payment is not received, your deposit will be forfeited and your date will be opened up for other clients. On the date of the event, if for any reason, a party member cancels, or is a no-show, the service contracted is not refundable. Due to time constraints, if additional members of the party not contracted would like to service done the contracted price for the other members will apply plus a $25 additional fee per person. There will be a minimum of $100/hr Professional Overtime Fee for any hours accrued after the specified time period as outlined in this Contract of Services. There is a $150 Out of Area Fee per the discretion of Couture Beauty applicable towards this Contract of Services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – In the unlikely event the contracted stylist is unable to perform, the services due to illness or other circumstances beyond their control, a substitute stylist will be dispatched in their place to fulfill the obligations set forth in this contract. Stylist cannot guarantee results especially if the client did not have a trial run prior to event or if there are other circumstances beyond the stylist control. No refunds will be made in compensation for any interruptions.
